My visit to the Saffron Walden Crank Up 2026 on the 25th April 2026.
The visit was £10 for an adult (Under 15’s are free)

This event is I would say a Medium sized event, there isn’t any schedule and essentially everyone is there for some fun and testing.
Its not as smokey as Welland Steam Rally, it was also calmer.
There was not site map or events but plenty of owners were steaming around all over the place.
Everyone we spoke to was either a volunteer or was there with their own equipment/machines at great expense.
